The opportunity
As people first start to look for homes, your clients want to know what is available. Trying to find a home is stressful enough, life doesn’t slow down for home buyers. Having an Alexa Skill allows a customer to start looking for a home while commuting home from work or cooking food, when it’s convenient for them. Tina understood that she and her team aren’t always accessible to their buyers during business hours, let alone 24x7. Using an automated voice attendant like Alexa addresses this.

Working with Tina Peterson we created an Alexa Skill that lets you quickly and effectively search for homes or get a quote on your own home.
The Buyers
Prospective buyers tell Alexa some criteria, like where they are looking to buy and what their price range is. The skill then searches the database of houses matching their description. The skill will tell home buyers how many houses match the search, as well as send them an email with pictures and descriptions of the houses. Once a buyer does a search, the skill remembers there search, and it can send a list of the matching newly added properties.
The Sellers
The skill aims to start your home buying experience off right, in a quick and enjoyable way. Sellers simply tell Alexa there address. The Real Estate team gets an email with the address, allowing them to follow up with an estimate on the homes value.
